EGAD #38 – Serve Affiliates
This idea will require a familiarity with affiliate marketing in general and specific programs whose affiliates you’ll be “serving” in particular.
Some programs just aren’t all that good at providing their affiliates with good marketing and promotional resources beyond some banners and a few token text ads and email templates, if that. Giveaway ebooks that could go viral? Yeah right.

That’s where you come in. Create those giveaway ebooks (like I said, you’ll need to know the specific affiliate program, its products, its target market, etc. etc. etc.). But sell them to the program’s affiliates, branding their copies with their respective affiliate codes.
You’ll need to get permission from the affiliate program merchant and work closely with them. Costs the merchant nothing is the angle. They’ll even get the word out for you.
Alternative #1: Just sell the ebook master to the merchant and let them worry about what to do with it.
Alternative #2: Negotiate a deal with the merchant where you do the ebook and branding for all affiliates for free, but you get a piece of every sale.
