This is pretty straightforward — simply interview a single authority in your niche or topic of interest, then provide a full transcript of it in ebook form.

The more visible or accomplished the authority, the better.

This is probably one of those instances where an actual real world face-to-face interview would probably not be the best way to do it. Free Internet tools that can record/log chat sessions — such as Skype — just make your job all that much easier and faster.

Although using IM tech is indeed a possibility, I’ve found that an actual “live” spoken conversation — I suspect because it’s more natural and flowing, and the exchange is faster — produces not only much better information but also more of it.
