EGAD #24 – Idea/Tip Contest

General — Tags: , , — Wordpreneur @ 10:52 pm

Have your ezine/blog readers or site visitors submit tips or ideas around your particular niche or interest area. Choose a “best of” winner — s/he wins a prize — but compile all the usable submissions into an ebook you sell or give away!

Write that book inside you in under 28 days flat. Get started immediately. Click here now!

The winner’s prize will have to be substantial (or at the very least, worth winning); giving away product(s) you produce and sell yourself would be an obvious choice, but even if you aren’t a merchant, you could probably swing donations from vendors in your field (and you can bet they’ll promote your contest to boot).

You could probably even get enough donations to cover 2nd and 3rd place prizes. And/or for multiple contests you hold throughout the year. Lots of different ways you could implement this idea.

Wordpreneur, for example, could have an “ebook” or “Website ideas” contest. Or a golf blog could have something on “golf tips.” Or a food site for “recipes.” Or a humor site for “jokes.” And on and on… we haven’t even touched on the subcategories (i.e., power golf tips; fish recipes; knock knock jokes; etc. etc. etc.).
