EGAD #22 – Executive Summaries

Ask authors/publishers of books/ebooks on your particular subject of interest to provide you with truly useful executive summaries of their tomes. You simply put them all together into an ebook!

Note that we’re talking executive summaries, not just abstracts. The stuff really has to be useful, not merely “ad copy” that delivers essentially nothing.  The assumption, of course, is that whoever writes the executive summary is skilled enough to produce something standalone useful and, at the same time, compels the reader to seek out more by purchasing the actual book or ebook being summarized. But, interestingly enough, that’s not your problem.

I would most likely approach this kind of project with a “free giveaway” end product in mind, loading it up with affiliate links to the books/ebooks. Of course, the end product could be sold instead, but sans affiliate links (it’s only good form).
